Hi, I’m Rosemary — a healer, mentor, and solo traveller and travel entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in heart-led business.

I work with smart, soulful women and occasionally men (often in their 50s and beyond) who are ready to step into a business that reflects who they are now. One that gives you freedom, fulfillment, and the ability to live and work on your terms — without hustle, burnout or compromise.

🌿 My Journey

I began my career as a nurse, and later became a complementary therapist, specialising in Bowen Therapy, Aromatherapy, Australian Bush Flower Essences and Gentle Touch Reflexology. I worked in many clinics, the NHS and even taught aromatherapy in Japan!
 

Over the decades, I’ve supported thousands of clients, created successful businesses, and studied everything from healing to branding to business strategy.

I’ve always been the one running the support groups, building community, and mentoring others.

Today my work blends healing, intuitive business coaching, travel, and modern tools (yes, even AI!) to help women like you create the life you truly want.

I’m a Projector in Human Design — which means I’ve learned the hard way that more work doesn’t mean more results. Now, I do business in a way that honours my energy and values — and I teach my clients to do the same.

💫 The Winning Women Community

In 2014, I founded Winning Women Essex — a community for heart-centred businesswomen to connect, grow, and thrive together.

We meet monthly in Leigh-on-Sea and Chelmsford, and the group will soon be lovingly managed by Anna and Cristina at Leigh Business Solutions, (blog about them coming soon!). 

We also have a group where carers and parents can bring children, something I’m really proud of.  You can find more information about the groups on the MORE tab above and can book to attend the meetings there too.
