I also still see a few Bowen Therapy and Gentle Touch Reflexology clients each month!  I got called back this year after a few years away.   These gentle therapies help settle a frazzled nervous system which can be causing migraines, aches and pains and hormone challenges plus anxiety.   

I’ve had my own heart centred business for over 30 years, first as a nurse then a complementary therapist. I have worked in multiple settings, treated thousands of clients, and was always the one running the support groups and innovating. I even did a business degree along the way too! 

I absolutely love helping my clients know and attract YOUR ideal clients. I help you find your Zone of Genius, create your own, unique personal brand and monetise it too, without the stress and toil that we have all been so conditioned to believe is our fate! 

I believe business can be a vehicle to channel our passion and life purpose. When we learn to tap into our soul for guidance and inspiration and train out beautiful brains to help us!  
 

When we know exactly who we are here for and our highest path, we have a filter to say no to projects and decisions and people that just aren’t for us. Life can then unfold with ease, grace and joy.

I founded the Essex Winning Women community back in 2014.  This  is a supportive, safe place for women to meet, get the support we need and generally be the wind beneath each others’ wings.  We have monthly meeting what any heart cetnred business woman is welcome to in Leigh-on-sea and Chelmsford.  

In September 2025 these will be managed by Anna  and Cristina at Leigh Busines Solutions!  I'll write a blog about them and tag that here! 

I have attracted hundreds, maybe thousands into my world! We are creating our own way of doing business which is continually evolving, using tools like AI to allow our lives to be easier and more inspiring.
 

I mentor and teach other women to create your own heart centred community where you can share your wisdom, attract your ideal clients and do your soul work. 

One of my biggest lessons was my Human Design. I’m a Projector which means I’m not here to toil and work the seventy hour weeks that were my norm.
 

At my best I’m working just a few hours a day. That explained why I’ve always felt money should be easy and hard work was, just exhausting. I’ve certainly done my share over the years as a nurse and complementary therapist treating 25 clients each week for many years. 

But now, I’m working in New World energy, nurturing myself first, being very intentional about where I place my energy and attention. My energy is precious so I choose my projects and people carefully.
