I honestly cannot explain how much the sessions have helped me in so many  ways! I went to see Rosemary for help with my migraines that I have been experiencing for 16 years. I normally have 2-3 migraines a week and with  two young children, they were really taking over my life in such a  negative way. Since I have been seeing Rosemary for Bowen Therapy, I  have not had one migraine! Which is absolutely huge for me! I even hurt  my back moving the sofa before my last session and the next day the pain  had completely gone. Rosemary is just magic at Bowen Therapy!
