I wanted to say a really big thankyou, my daughter who is 9 months old had been suffering with colds, runny nose,chest infections, and was using an inhaler for asthma since December 2009. I went to visit Rosemary in May 2010 and after 3 sessions I am delighted to say it is like having a different baby! I just wanted to thank you for your continuing help. Since you’ve been treating me from last year to date, I have been off steroid tablets for my asthma. Not only that, my body is healthier, more supple and I’m feeling happier – because I guess that the Bowen reaches that level too. So, as you could understand, I’m very happy for all your treatments. They have obviously worked because I’m living proof of that. Also everybody I know has commented on how well I seem. So, it looks as though I’m getting a new body through your help. Well it certainly feels like that. I must also say that I receive a gift from you every time I see you. You give a gift besides Bowen, of encouragement and knowledge of how to keep well. Not only that you encourage me to read books which help to keep my spirits up and to receive my ultimate ambition of total healing. You also bless me with your knowledge of oils and health products. Before treatment I had steroid injections to relieve the pain. These were successful but my doctor wouldn’t allow me to have any more injections. Still in pain with my right shoulder I seeked help with Bowen treatment that had also been successful for one of my relatives. I found the treatment to be very comfortable and relaxing. To my amazement after having just four weekly sessions, the pain has gone. It has not returned and am now enjoying life to the full again and looking forward to getting back to gardening. Thank you. I would like to tell you about how the Bowen Technique has helped me with my shoulder. I injured my shoulder back in August 2004 and didn’t really do anything about it. Then I had some reflexology and massage but it got worse and became a “Frozen Shoulder”. I was told about this Bowen Technique and thought I would give it a try as I was in so much pain.
I started seeing Rosemary for reflexology in the summer of 2007. My husband and I had been trying for a baby for almost four years. My failure to conceive was never fully explained at the time and so after an unsuccessful IUI attempt I decided to take matters into my own hands and investigate alternative and complementary therapies. I found Rosemary through her website and contacted her after reading a testimonial like this one! I felt a positive energy right from the start: the reflexology is very gentle and relaxing, and Rosemary is a wonderful listener! I always feel calm and rejuvenated after a session. Later that year I underwent IVF, sadly unsuccessful. The doctor hinted that my age and a particular hormone were to blame and suggested we look for an egg donor. Although I was naturally devastated, I do believe the reflexology helped to keep me calm through this difficult time. During the early part of 2008 I continued with the reflexology. To be honest, I went for the therapeutic benefits as I had begun to let go of my dream of becoming a mother. So imagine my surprise when in May I found out I was pregnant! It was completely out of the blue! I have continued to see Rosemary throughout my pregnancy, which has been trouble-free thus far. I am due in eight weeks and if I'm late, I feel sure Rosemary will be able to help! I can not recommend Rosemary highly enough and urge anyone in a similar position to me to at least try a couple of sessions with her. Reflexology helped I'm sure, even when things seemed futile. You could smell the very strong tea tree oil (or whatever it was) that helped the cold but there was a certain flowery smell which gave me a more positive outlook during that time. We decided to take James who was 17 months old to see Rosemary for Bowen treatment as he had been diagnosed as asthmatic when he was just 2 months old. James had to be given his pump 4 times a day which caused him to get very stressed as he didn’t like having the spacer over his face. James always had a cough and cold and was wheezing all the time. He used to regularly suffer from croup and was taken by hospital by ambulance once as it got so bad. He used to wake regularly in the night coughing and always had a runny nose. James also suffered from eczema and would scratch until he was covered with scratches and bleeding. A family member heard about Rosemary and we arranged a meeting. I was amazed that the sessions were only about 10 minutes long. Right from the first treatment there were vast improvements in James health. The cough practically disappeared overnight. Everyone I met noticed and commented on James lack of cough and increase in energy. By the time James had had 3 treatments the wheezing had completely gone, his nose didn’t run so much and he barely coughed at all. He doesn’t have his pump anymore and his eczema has improved a great deal. James is a happy lively boy now and has a peaceful, undisturbed night sleep every night. Four years ago after various tests I was told that is was very unlikely that I would ever conceive a child naturally as both my fallopian tubes are blocked. I was then put on the waiting list for IVF treatment. I was absolutely petrified it almost made me give up on ever having a child. I was then introduced to Rosemary by a close friend of mine to help me relax. Within one month of treatment I was pregnant naturally but unfortunately it had implanted in my blocked fallopian tube. Although I was very disappointed it gave me a really positive attitude that I was physically able to conceive a child. Rosemary really relaxed me when my appointment for my IVF treatment came through I was able to cope with the treatment ahead of me which I must say was really ok. I need not have worried so much. Rosemary treated me all the way through and I was very lucky and had a positive result first time which I am sure was because I kept so positive but knew that it might not be successful first time. Rosemary then treated me after the 3-month danger period was over and I had a really enjoyable pregnancy. I was making the most of it as I may not be able to ever experience it again. I was ten days past my due date and Rosemary asked me if I would like her to try and help speed things up for me I did not want to be induced as I wanted to keep the birth as natural as possible. Rosemary treated me in the morning and that night I went in to labour. I had a good labour and my daughter was born very quickly (I only just got there in time). I called Rosemary to see if she could help me at all to which she was very friendly and explained the different therapies which she does. She made me feel incredibly welcome and has a very caring professional manner. We begun with a Bowen session which was incredibly helpful, I felt so relaxed afterwards and the best way to describe how I felt was "straight" or "lined up".
I can say the oil and the essences I still use as they are fantastic. I work in Dentistry and I have an incredibly nervous patient, Rosemary made me an "emergency essence" which I sprayed in the room before the client came in and although he is nervous every time, he seemed a little easier this time and every time therafter.
We then did some reflexology sessions, which I feel helped balance my body and I felt a lot more "stable" within myself emotionally. Rosemary was very patient with me, as in general I am not a fan of my feet being touched (!) but after a minute or so it is very relaxing and the little sleep you drift into afterwards is one of the best sleeps you will ever have! My back problems, along with some emotional therapy as recommended by Rosemary I felt so much better. I went back after three to four weeks as I felt the need for a "top up" and I like the way Rosemary allows you to book whenever you feel the need for treatment.
I am so pleased I decided to give natural therapies a try and I can recommend to anyone to see Rosemary, before undergoing medical treatment, to make this small investment in yourself as the the therapies not only help or totally heal the one problem you present with, but also give you enlightenment within your person and it makes you feel better as a whole.

Malcolm is 49 years old and has a very rare neurological condition. The only diagnosis he has is a variationof Multiple sclerosis and Friedrich’s Ataxia. He has been paraplegic for 25 years and has been in continuous pain for many years. He also has fluid retention which medication did nothing for. This just created more problems for him such as a very dry mouth and cracked lips. Rosemary first came to see Malcolm on 8 February 2006 and very kindly showed me how to massage him. Within a week the swelling in his feet was disappearing, an inch from each foot. People have noticed how much slimmer he now looks, no longer bloated. This has proved that massage is not just for relaxation but has remarkable therapeutic benefits which are safe enjoyable and drug free. Also with no side effects, well, no nasty ones! Rosemary has now begun using the Bowen Technique on Malcolm to see if his condition can be helped further. After the first session Malcolm’s pain had virtually gone, he put it at 5%, normally at 110%. He was virtually pain free for the rest of the day, something he hadn’t experienced for many years. I have been suffering from a painful stiff neck and painful breast following intensive chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment for breast cancer. I was also suffering general aches and pains in my lower back. I had a series of 5 weekly treatments and the improvement in all areas was remarkable. After each treatment my neck felt considerably better and I was able to move it from side to side easily. The pain and discomfort in my breast (which I had been experiencing for the 18 months following treatment) improved dramatically after one Bowen treament and has not returned. I was experiencing severe pain with my back but through Rosemary's techniques I am almost pain free, just the odd twinge now and again. She is a hands on therapist and fully understands her subject matter. She is also very empathetic is a good listener and is a calming influence when you really feel stressed. I have a 4 year old boy, who typically has lots of energy to burn . I recently found a way to slow him down at bedtime, because normally he still has energy left even at the end of the day . I was introduced to a massage technique by Rosemary which involves simulating different types of weather using your hands on the childs back , my son now insists on me massaging him at bedtime, which he finds very relaxing and seems to help him to sleep better , which is great when you have had a hard day at work.
