What to expect

You will bring yourself and I bring in all my skills of twenty plus years of complementary therapy, running my own therapy business plus powerful Money, Marketing and Soul coaching.   

Retreats are held in Southend-on-sea or other Essex venues, close to local airports.  Transport for you can be arranged. 

We create an experience to allow you to relax totally, your body and spirit to rest, revive and gently find the perfect inspiration and insight for the next phase of your life.  

Sometimes it’s a challenge to look at the horizon when we are in the day to day and we will do just that.  We will tune into your ideal clients, collaborators, business partners and find out what really is there for you and how we can bring it forward with grace, ease and for the best for everyone involved.

You will be invited to follow this retreat with a coaching package to support you implementing your new direction over the next few months.
